Holy Yoga Mission Statement
Holy Yoga is experiential
worship specifically created to deepen your connection to Christ. Our sole
purpose is to combine world class yoga with a Christ honoring experience that
offers an opportunity to believers and non-believers alike to authentically
connect with God. We do this by integrating His Word, prayer, worship and
the physical practice of yoga to contemporary and Christian music.
Why do you call it Holy Yoga?
Mark 12:30: ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength’
Holy means 'to set apart’ and Yoga means ‘to yoke or be in union with’. In Holy Yoga, we pursue the unity of the body, mind and His Holy Spirit that dwells within us, with the intent of worshipping and serving Christ with our entire beings.

Is Holy Yoga About Emptying the Mind?
Psalm 46:10 “Be still and know that I am God”
We tend to believe the age-old quip “An empty mind is the devil’s playground”. The Bible says, “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind” (Romans 12:2) …not the emptying of your mind. In Holy Yoga we become still and quiet so He can direct, comfort and grow in us. We seek to make room to hear Him by disengaging from the constant inundation of life. We meditate on His Word and receive guidance for His Will in our lives.
