What to Bring
- Yoga Mat – there are extras at the class but for hygiene reasons it’s always best to have your own mat.
- Strap or block can be helpful props in poses
- Small blanket to use as a cover up during relaxation
- Water Bottle – drink water before and after class to stay hydrated
- Wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in
Class Etiquette
- Come early to get settled on your mat and be ready for class to begin
- Yoga is best practiced on a nourished but not full stomach
- Turn off cell phones or mobile devices
- Avoid wearing heavy scents
- If you need to leave class early, do so prior to relaxation
- Go at your own pace, respecting your body
